Hokage Report,
Happy New Year to everyone!!!
2013 has been a blast, a lot happened and I consider the past year as a fruitful one despite not producing that many artworks. It has been a fun year meeting new friends, and getting recognized for my efforts. So let's take a look back at the highlights of my 2013 deviantart episodes....
featured me in one of her interview series, you can find it Here
Also, made me a video about my OC Mayumi...it's a gift I really glad to receive...you can watch it Here (Mayumi is really cute here)
I managed to finish my Banner for the AnimeNfo.Radio website, and it won't be long till the website gets a make-over...I'm positive that things will turn out great...(^_^)
The past year is my year too since I had my second Daily Deviation!
Separated by Difference has been well received and it inspired me to work even harder for my next artworks...
I also got invited to make an artwork as part of a charity project illustration book.
I also reached 20K pageviews this year, truly an acheivement for an artist like me...(^_^), not to mention, a fewer depression attack...so that's like a bonus.
Hmm, so 2013 ain't that bad...just that I've been very busy outside DA, doing favors and artworks for people....but it's also a good investment, for I had met many fun people, gained new friends, made some strong connections and actually felt needed after a long time...so, what's next this 2014?....I can give you some sneak peek...some artworks to look forward to.
Since my current theme is "Reality Marble", I'll still be focusing on artworks with a message, and here's a shortlist of artworks to come:
1. Tilt
-The title says everything
2. A Canvas too Small
-imagine a claustrophobic art subject
3. Polaris
-Stars want to be a star too
4.Pygmalion
-We love art too much
5.Cloud Sculptor
-That cake-shaped cloud isn't a coincidence
Oh, and did I mentioned "Vivid Heart"?
2013 was a fun year, and I'm really optimistic about this year 2014. I hope we all still be friends, and may I meet more friends along the way. May this year be blessed for all of us, and an even more productive year for art.
Until then, I wish you all good health, long life and more conventions to come. this is Hokage from 2013, and now bracing 2014...cheers
Ninja vs. The World
"The world will always challenge you, so surprise it by fighting back!" Hokage Report! It's really heartwarming to know that there is a place you can call home. A place you can come back to after a very long journey. A place that will welcome you and will heal your battle scars and exhausted mind. For me, it's Deviantart. I am very sorry to those who are messaging me recently for I failed to answer in time. I hope I can make it up to you guys. I have been away for quite a long time. I'm happy though that once in a while I come home and still see some familiar faces, and even happier to meet new ones. While I was absent in this site, I have been fighting my own daily battles. Life is tough you see, and now even harder due to the current pandemic. The pandemic painted a very sad picture of the world, full of sadness and depression. Still, many are not losing hope. In case of us artists, there is art. I can say that art is a very effective coping mechanism. Others seek help
Ninjas Prefer to Train Under the Moonlight
Hokage Report,
Whew, Gawd I missed the DA Journal sooo much (kisses the DA Journal's Soil). With these I feel like my come-back is even more authentic. It's been a long time and even though I feel a bit bad returning to my page with little to no artworks to share, I am compelled to show up for the sake of the people and artworks I've left behind without any notice. So you guys might be asking, what's up with Hokage?
It's not that I'm not busy with art at all. In fact, art was the reason why I can't visit my page in the first place. You see, I once decided to embrace the commercial art in order to further my career and improve as a grap

Hokage Report,
“Presenting an artwork is a simple form of bravery”.
Ahoy mateys! What’s up? Well, it’s that time of the year again when everyone is busy and in high spirits. Holiday is just around the corner, and artists won’t just let this pass without expressing how they feel about it through their works. I for one have been very busy as usual because of the upcoming celebrations.
“Ber months” are the peak season for advertising agencies. It’s when most clients take advantage of the time people are willing to spend, and thus will cash out on promos and activities that will be profitable. He

“Being liked is a choice, not a chance”
Hokage Report,
Hello there guys! What’s up? Don’t worry, I’m still alive despite my lack of activity. As usual, I was busy with the normal flow of my life. Waking up early and falling in a kilometer long line to catch a train ride to work. Spending the next 10hrs. of my precious life surviving the ice-cold rage of the air-con. Keeping a very tight budget when eating, just so I won’t over spend (I like over-eating, but not over-spending). I fight other passengers to get a chance to ride the same train home, a train that can be considered a wheeled coffin for claustro
